Dale Stewart Memorial Ride

Two Routes To Choose From -- 50 Mile or 25 Mile (Non-Riding Family/Friends Welcome) -- Shorter routes available, by request.

Box Lunch/Dinner From Rudy's BBQ Smokehouse Following Ride (Sandwich of either pork or chicken, two sides, chips, apple and dessert selection). No vegetarian options, unfortunately, so plan accordingly if the sides, chips and desserts aren't enough. There is a grill where we could cook veggie burgers or brats.

(Please bring $5 per adult to offset costs of food, facility and supplies -- except for Major Taylor members, who have already made a group donation).

Water will be provided. If you want anything special to drink, please bring it in non-glass containers. The facility is glass-free for safety. The food will arrive at approximately 5:00 PM

The facility has a pond for fishing, kayaking, swimming (if warm enough) -- as well as a sand volleyball court and playground area for the kids. You'll want to bring a change of clothes suitable for water and a towel if you plan to have any pond fun.

Feel free to invite any non-riding friends/family to relax and enjoy the picnic grounds while the rides are going on, or meet you there following the ride. Obviously, children will need to be supervised. There is no Life Guard on duty.

Routes will be provided as downloadable ridewithgps files the week of the ride since it's chip-seal and bridge replacement season and we'll want to be sure the roads are all rideable.
